CANCELLATION & DEPOSIT
Prestige Beauty Bar value your time and booking, once we have confirmed your booking, we will allocate that time specially for you with a specified beauty technician.
We understand that from time to time adjustments to the appointment may need to be made; therefore, we request at least 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations. As your appointment is reserved especially for you, when you cancel your appointment without giving enough notice or 'no show', unfortunately we miss out on filling that time, and our other clients on our waiting list also miss out on an appointment.
Many small business like us stood strong during COVID and provide our services in a safe and hygienic environment for all our customers. In response of these challenging times, we are asking for a 20% deposit for all appointments.
Your deposit is not an extra charge it is simply held on an account for you on your booking and taken off your final bill. Please be aware that the only way you would ever lose your deposit is if you cancel your scheduled appointment within 24 hours, don't show up for your appointment or are more than 15 minutes late for your scheduled appointment.
To ensure the return of your deposit please advise Prestige Beauty Bar on 0459 260 801, 24hrs prior to your appointment if you need to cancel or re-schedule otherwise you will forfeit your deposit.
This minimum cancellation period will give your beautician/therapist a fair opportunity to fill your vacated spot.
If you are using a gift voucher 20% of the voucher will be charged if the cancellation is received with less than 24hrs notice.
