Ombre powder brows use a more traditional tattooing method, with longer lasting results, and works with most skin types, including oily or The powder brow is by no means blocky, but a soft powdery finish that looks like you've just powdered your brows in with a make up effect. Using a cosmetic tattoo machine, hundreds of tiny dots of pigment are implanted into the skin which resembles a soft powder finish.
